1jj3 Terms & Conditions

By accessing, registering on, or using any feature of the 1jj3 platform available at 1jj3.bet (hereinafter "the Platform," "1jj3," or "we"), you (hereinafter "the User," "you," or "your") confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the 1jj3 Privacy Policy and any applicable game-specific rules published on the Platform.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the 1jj3 Platform and close your account. Continued use of any 1jj3 service constitutes unconditional acceptance of these Terms.

To register and maintain an account on 1jj3, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during which your account remains active:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 1jj3 strictly prohibits access to, or use of, the Platform by any person under the age of 21.
• You must be registering as an individual acting on your own behalf and not as a representative or agent of any third party.
• You must not be subject to any court order, regulatory directive, or self-exclusion arrangement that prohibits you from participating in online gaming or gambling activities.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of 1jj3 or any of its affiliated software providers, unless prior written consent has been obtained from 1jj3 management.

1jj3 reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify any eligibility criterion at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within a reasonable period notified by 1jj3 may result in suspension or permanent closure of the account concerned.

Single Account Policy. Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on 1jj3. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or contact details — is a material breach of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 1jj3 may close all associated accounts, void outstanding balances, and withhold any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

Account Credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your 1jj3 username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been performed by you, whether or not you authorised the specific action.

Account Currency. 1jj3 accounts operate natively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All balances, deposits, bonus amounts, and withdrawal requests are denominated and processed in PKR unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion.

Inactive Accounts. An account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months will be classified as dormant. 1jj3 reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee to dormant accounts after giving the account holder reasonable prior notice. The fee will not exceed the account balance.

1jj3 supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals, all processed in PKR:

Deposit Conditions. All funds deposited into your 1jj3 account must originate from a payment source registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. 1jj3 reserves the right to return deposits and close accounts where third-party funding is identified.

Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used for a deposit on the account, subject to KYC verification being complete. 1jj3 does not impose withdrawal fees, however your payment provider may levy their own charges. The timeframes above apply to verified accounts; unverified accounts may experience delays pending completion of identity checks.

Anti-Money Laundering. 1jj3 is obligated to comply with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) standards. The Platform reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for withdrawals exceeding certain thresholds, and to delay or decline transactions that cannot be satisfactorily verified.

1jj3 may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, free spins, and other promotional incentives from time to time. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable multiplier will be stated in the relevant promotion.
• Game Contributions: Different game categories contribute to wagering requirements at different rates. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino and sports betting markets may contribute at a reduced rate. Specific contribution tables are available in each promotion's individual terms.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonuses and free spins are subject to expiry periods as stated in each promotion. Any unconverted bonus balance or unused free spins will be removed from the account upon expiry without compensation.
• Maximum Bet Restriction: While a bonus is active on your account, the maximum permitted bet per round or wager is Rs 1,000 (or the equivalent in any game denomination), unless a lower limit is specified in the promotion. Exceeding this limit may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived therefrom.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active on your 1jj3 account at any given time. Attempting to claim a second bonus while one is already active may result in the later bonus being declined.
• Abuse: 1jj3 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus, void any winnings, and suspend any account where bonus abuse — including but not limited to matched betting, arbitrage, or exploitation of promotional terms — is detected.

Game Outcomes. All casino game outcomes on 1jj3 are determined by independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or by live-streamed physical dealing and wheel-spinning processes. 1jj3 does not manipulate game outcomes.

Sports Betting. All sports bets, including PSL cricket and international cricket markets, are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body. 1jj3 reserves the right to void bets in the event of an event abandonment, significant rule changes, or proven data errors. Live in-play bet acceptance is subject to platform discretion.

Technical Failures. In the event of a disconnection, software failure, or platform outage during an active game round, 1jj3 will make reasonable efforts to reconstruct the game state. Where reconstruction is not possible, the round may be voided and any staked amount returned to the player's account balance. Winnings on incomplete rounds are not guaranteed.

Disputed Results. Any dispute regarding a game outcome must be submitted to 1jj3 support within 72 hours of the event in question. Disputes submitted after this period may not be accepted. All game server logs and RNG records are considered the definitive evidence in any dispute resolution.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 1jj3 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Using any automated software, bot, script, or algorithm to interact with the Platform, place bets, or gain any advantage not available to standard users.
• Colluding with other players in any casino game or poker variant to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other participants.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain. Any winnings derived from a known error must be reported to support immediately and will not be honoured.
• Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes on deposits made to 1jj3.
• Providing false or misleading personal information at registration or during any verification process.
• Attempting to access the accounts of other 1jj3 users without authorisation.
• Using the 1jj3 platform for any money laundering purpose or depositing funds derived from illegal activities.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, damages, or places an unreasonable technical load on the 1jj3 Platform or its infrastructure.

1jj3 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. The Platform provides a range of tools to help users maintain control over their gaming activity. These tools are available through your account settings at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit into your 1jj3 account. Limits take effect immediately when lowered and are subject to a cooling-off period when raised.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Alerts: Receive automatic notifications after a pre-set duration of continuous play.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen reminders of how long you have been active and your net financial position during the session.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend access to your account for a period of your choosing, from 24 hours up to 6 weeks.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for their personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or transmit any part of the Platform without prior written consent from 1jj3.
• Create derivative works based on any 1jj3 content.
• Use any 1jj3 branding or trademarks in any manner that could create confusion or imply endorsement.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software forming part of the Platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 1jj3 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunity, even if 1jj3 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

1jj3's aggregate liability to any individual user in respect of any and all claims arising in connection with the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that user in the 90 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

1jj3 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from technical errors, or that game results will meet your expectations. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

1jj3 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and is incorporated herein by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy in full.

Key data practices include collection of registration data for identity verification, transaction data for AML compliance, and gameplay data for platform improvement and responsible gaming monitoring. 1jj3 does not sell personal data to third parties for commercial marketing purposes.

By 1jj3. 1jj3 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases where: a breach of these Terms is identified or suspected; fraudulent, collusive, or abusive activity is detected; a regulatory or legal obligation requires it; or the account holder fails to complete required verification within the stipulated period.

Where an account is closed by 1jj3 for reasons other than a Terms breach, any verified and withdrawable balance will be returned to the account holder via their registered payment method within a reasonable period.

By the User. You may close your 1jj3 account at any time by contacting the support team. Prior to closure, you must withdraw all available funds. Any active bonus balances will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 1jj3 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through 1jj3's internal complaints procedure shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable regulatory authority.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent interlocutory relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect their legitimate interests pending the outcome of arbitration proceedings.

1jj3 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time and without prior notice, subject to any mandatory notice requirements imposed by applicable regulatory obligations. The revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the 1jj3 Platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you must cease using the Platform and close your account before the amendment's effective date where feasible.
